I studied Hospitality and Tourism Management. I chose it
because it was a new major in my country, and I wanted to try something new.
Actually I was looking for a new major because I did not want to study
prevailing majors like Business, or Computer. My friend told me there is a new
major for hospitality read about it”, I liked it and I decided to take a chance
to study it. I learned from that major how to convince the customers, how I can
increase the profit in institution I work for, and how I can face the problems
and what the solution I have. I think that will help my in the job. I am
looking for Master degree, after I finish and if I have a chance to get PHD I will
love to.
That's a really interesting field you are in! You will meet and deal with people from around the world who are traveling, either on vacation or business. I know learning English is essential for your future career. I believe you will enjoy your career!
